But once you’ve decided on a particular workout or a combination of a few, stick to your plans long-term. Don’t workout for a week only to take a one month long hiatus. Be a Morning Person
I was a night owl once, I won’t lie. Turns out, it was the reason for my irritated and annoyed mood at all times. Changing your routine and getting up early in the morning gives you a chance to enjoy the waking sun, enjoy a cup of tea on your balcony as you prepare for the day to come. If you wake up half an hour or an hour before you’re supposed to be at work, you’re probably working like a zombie. That’s because you don’t allow your body to enjoy even a few minutes of no-nonsense time, you don’t allow it to wake up and be energized as it should be. Keep Your House Clean
It’s the last thing we see before going to work and the first thing when we return. The least you can do is make it pleasing for the eyes. When you have a clean room, a made up bed, sofas with all their cushions in place and all your dishes washed and set, the house looks inviting. And who doesn’t like being invited into their home? A house like that gives you positive vibes and you automatically feel happier.
